Although we live in a "modern" village we are blessed with beautiful woodland within the village and at this time of year they are filled with spring flowers.

Meanwhile, in the pond the tadpoles have hatched.
And yesterday I saw 2 butterflies in the garden - a Brimstone and another (orange & brown) that wouldn't keep still long enough for me to identify it.
