Last week it was Fay's Leavers' Ball and we had a girlie afternoon preparing.
The Dress

The Hair

The Nails

Fay ready to party.

My favourite photo .

The last of the June celebrations was my husband's birthday. His cake was supposed to be inspired by one in "Hello Cupcake", but it looks more like a certain tower in Pisa!

The cupcakes are my usual fairy cake recipe
flavoured with lemon zest and poppy seeds, instead of vanilla, with lemon butter cream.

Fay looks lovely, hope she had a wonderful time. The birthday looks good too. Could just eat one of those cup cakes:)
