Yay, after a week of slow, slow Internet I can finally upload my photos! I now have some serious catching up to do!
As I previously mentioned my daughter Fay is a massive Harry Potter fan, so for her 21st birthday treat we all went to Warner Brothers' "The Making of Harry Potter" at Leavesden near Watford.
We had an absolutely fantastic time and I would highly recommend a trip here to anyone who likes Harry Potter. It was fascinating to see all of the props and sets. Last week it was Animal Actors Week and we got to meet lots of the animals from the films and a litter of kittens that had been trained to demonstrate how Umbridge's plates were filmed. There was so much to see that we spent most of the day there and I took masses of photos! Here are just a few of them :-

The Cupboard Under the Stairs.
The Great Hall.
The Yule Ball.

The Knight Bus and Butterbeer.
The Ford Anglia and Hagrid's Motorcycle.
The Creatures Workshop.
Diagon Alley.
The Art Department.
And finally Hogwarts Castle.
And that is only a small portion of what there was to see. The detail was amazing, well worth a visit.
And of course wands had to be purchased! ;)
