Monday Evening ...

... the sun was still shining and my Husband said, "let's make the most of it and go for a walk."

So off we went through the woods, where we met this very friendly cat, who demanded our attention.

 We discovered this delicate blue egg shell,

 pale primroses,

a fluffy bumble bee,

 pink primroses amongst the normal coloured ones,

 large sticky buds on the horse chestnut trees,

 and a squirrel who was moving swiftly through the branches.

We enjoyed our walk around the village in the last of the day's warmth.
