Sewing for a Trip

During May we had plans to spend time in Devon and Cornwall.  The main reason for our holiday was for me to attend two workshops at Cowslip Workshops.  I decided to make a tote bag for my sewing, using a panel I had previously stitched at a Lisa Mattock workshop.

I also made two project bags to hold the individual kits and one to hold my dressmaking scissors.

My preparations for the workshops also included transforming a jewellery case into a sewing case.
